Are your doormats customizable?
Yes! All of our doormats are fully customizable. You can personalize them with names, phrases, family names, established dates, or custom designs to create a one-of-a-kind mat made just for you.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer:
- 18” x 30” (standard single door)
- 24” x 36” (oversized statement mat)

What material are your mats made from?
Our mats are made from durable coir fibers with a non-slip rubber backing. They are designed for everyday use while keeping your porch stylish and welcoming.
Can I see a proof before my mat is made?
Proofs are not automatically sent. If you would like to approve a proof before production, please leave a note at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
How long does it take to make my custom mat?
Our current processing time is 5–7 business days. This does not include shipping time. Each mat is hand-designed and made to order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
How do I care for my doormat?
To keep your mat looking its best:
- Shake out dirt regularly
- Spot clean with mild soap and water
- Do not machine wash or soak
- Keep in a covered or sheltered area to extend longevity
Will my design fade over time?
Our mats are sealed for durability, but all painted coir mats will naturally fade over time, especially with heavy sun exposure and the elements. Covered porches are recommended for longer life.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all mats are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for events, real estate closings, and businesses. Please contact us for custom quotes.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
